He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan (Jeff); and his siblings, Lloyd (Carolyn) and Marjorie (John). He is survived by: his children, Donald James Cooke, Karen Ann Cooke, Lorna Jewell Kenney (Jerry), Walter (Noreen) and Eugene; his brothers, Gifford (Marjorie) and Ronald (Donna); and his close friend Debbie Lawrence. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
