She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Pitre and Olesine Pitre (Mainville); her children, Bruno (Diane) of Edmunston, NB, Jean-Guy (Monique) of South Tetagouche, Jocelyne Lavigne (Dennis) of South Tetagouche, Daniel of South Tetagouche, Gilles of South Tetagouche, Sylvie Lavigne (Jerry) of South Tetagouche and Colette Pitre (Danny) of St. Anne; her siblings, Martine Pitre, Brigitte Pitre and Jean Pitre (Noëlla) of Ste. Rosette; and her children, Marie and Fernand. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
