He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lavoie and Emilia Lavoie; and his brother Frank Lavoie. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lavoie of South Nelson; his children, Sheila (Arly) of Miramichi, Patrick (Sarah) of Fredericton and Daryl; his siblings, Florence of Miramichi, Freddy of Bay du Vin and Leo of South Nelson; and his grandchildren, Grace, Karly, Kylan, Neleah, Kade, Rogan and Maven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
