He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Billings and Frances Billings; his wife Sheary Billings; and his brother-in-law Charles McMillan. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Holmes (Terry) of Juniper and Dwayne Billings of Somerville; his grandchildren, Hannah Holmes, Ryan Holmes and Paige Gorey; and his siblings, Owen Billings (Doreen), Betty McMillan, Garry Billings, Gaynard Billings (Cathy), Randy Billings (Debbie), Valerie Schinkman (Rick), Beverly (Robert Sauvageau) and Jolene Billings. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
