Alice E. Long Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice E. Long of Somerville, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allison Shaw and Erma Shaw; her husband Rev. James Long; her siblings, Margaret Monroe and David Shaw; and her siblings-in-law, Ida Shaw and Nick Granato.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Gartley (Robert) of Jacksontown, Allan Long (Muriel) of Simonds, Billy Long (Wendy) of Mount Delight, Connie Morrison (Gordon) of Quispamsis, Frank Long of Avondale, Paul Long (Janet) of Hartland, John Long (Nancy) of Somerville, Emily Black (Murray) of Wards Creek, Barbara Craig (Neil) of Windsor, Gary Long (Christina) of Somerville and Shawn Long (Nancy) of Jacksontown; her siblings, Eleanor Shaw, Edward Shaw, Mary Granato, John Shaw (Jean) and Annie Mae Tysick (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Shaw and Bill Monroe. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
