He was predeceased by: his sisters, Ella, Edith and Dianne. He is survived by: his parents, James Cruickshank and Marjorie Cruickshank (Brown); his wife Doris; his children, Lyle Cruickshank, Blynn Cruickshank (Annette), Dana Cruickshank and Stephanie LaKing (Raymond); and his siblings, Elsie Keith (Art), Arlene Geldart (Henry) and Allen (Jean). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
