He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Harding and Mary Anne Harding; his wife Marilyn Harding (Wark); and his siblings, Rita Harding, Pearl Harding, Wilfred Harding, Hayward Harding, Clayton Harding and Frank Harding.

He is survived by: his children, Eric Harding of Anfield, NB, Deborah Harding of Sisson Ridge, NB, Ricky Harding (Paula) of Sisson Ridge, NB, Melvin Harding (Betty) of Sisson Ridge, NB, Brett Harding of Sisson Ridge, NB and Clay Harding of Plaster Rock, NB; and his siblings, Dorothy Harding of Tabusintac, NB, Faye Goodine of Linton Corner, NB, Carl Harding of Doaktown, NB and Winslow Harding (Yvonne) of Linton Corner, NB.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
