With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Young of Sisson Ridge, New Brunswick, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anna left this world on February 13, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Elliott and Caroline Elliott (Cuffley); her son Thomas Gamblin; her grandson Travis Gamblin; and her daughter-in-law Sherrie Gamblin.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Young; her children, Tammy Cooper (Luke) of Odell, NB, Terry Gamblin (Stephanie Murphy) of Plaster Rock, NB, Todd Gamblin (Dawn Paget) of Burntland Brook, NB and Troy Gamblin of Plaster Rock, NB; her siblings, Donna Ernst (Eugene Schwartz) of Lunenburg, NS and Harley Elliott (Karen) of Sisson Ridge, NB; her stepsons, Dale Young (Mary) of Plaster Rock, NB and Shane Young (Lisa) of Fredericton, NB; and her niece Melanie Ernst. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tobique Chapel, Plaster Rock (67 Everett Ln, Plaster Rock, NB E7G 1N1). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tobique Chapel (67 Everett Ln, Plaster Rock, NB E7G 1N1).
