It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilles Desjardins of Siegas, New Brunswick, born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 9, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurele Desjardins and Therese Desjardins (Bard); and his sister Helene Desjardins. He is survived by: his close friend Cecile Roussel; his siblings, Joseph (Mariette) of Drummond, Georges (Micheline) of Saint-Andre, Ginette Page (late Hermel) of Grand Falls, Yvonne Lavoie (Andre) of Burntland Brook, Denise Poitras (Jacques) of Saint-Andre, Bertin (Marise) of Saint-Andre, Isabelle Desjardins (Joey Levesque) of Grand Falls, Anne-Marie McNaughton (Robert) of London, Francois (Sheila), Line Desjardins (Robert Laforest) of Grand Falls and Jacinthe Desjardins (Mario Caron) of Saint-Quentin; and also Manon Roussel of Edmundston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
