With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Paul Chipps of Sheffield, New Brunswick, born in Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away on August 23, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chipps and Norma Chipps (Howard); and his brother Peter Chipps. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Chipps (Liptak); his sons, Josh Chipps (Shawn) and Kurtis Rule; and his siblings, Martha, Esther, Marjorie, Connie, David and Irene. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
