She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Blackwood and Eliza Blackwood (Barbour); her husband George Green; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby", Molly and Betty.

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Ginette) of Balmoral, N. B. and Laura Martin (Charles) of Shediac; her siblings, June, Beryl of Newfoundland, Bill of Nova-Scotia, Wayne of Nova-Scotia, Gerry of Nova-Scotia, Jimmy of Nova-Scotia and Susan of Nova-Scotia; and her grandchildren, Christina, Nicholas, Catlin and Cody. She is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
