He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Maguire and Muriel Maguire (Beers); his significant other Sharon Maguire (Keating); his brother Harmon J. B. Maguire; his sister-in-law Sheila Maguire; his son-in-law Charles Bezeau; and his in-laws, Murray, Margaret Keating and Diesel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Bissett (Michael) of Maces Bay and Sherrie Bezeau of Saint John; his grandchildren, Courtney McLaughlin (Josh) of Saint John, Matthew Bissett of Maces Bay and Melissa MacPherson (Bezeau) of Grand Bay; his great grandchildren, Drake, Brooke, Reece, Olivia and Owen; and his siblings, Greg Maguire (Janis) of Shediac, N. B. and Judy Bonnevie (Robert) of Renforth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
