He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand and Eva-Mai. He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Lynne Caissie of Grand-Barachois and Donald Caissie (Josée Leger) of Grande-Digue; and his grandson Felix. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.
