He was predeceased by: his parents, Hedley Steeves and Beulah Steeves (Melvin). He is survived by: his wife Mary "Betty" (Tibbo); his children, Ann (late Ken), Robert (Karen) and Tanya "Toni" Firlotte; his grandchildren, Tanisha, Ryan, Tarah and Brianna; his great grandchild Ryan Joseph "R. J."; and his sister Paula Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
