He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Steeves and Thelma Steeves (Gilbert); his wife Stella; his children, Kathleen Steeves (Frederic Fettah), Patricia Perry and Christine Hope (Jeff); his stepdaughters, Joanne Bazin, Sharon Maranda and Brenda Dewitt (Bob); his grandchildren, Ken (Cindy), Kate Steeves, Heidi, Mark Alexander, Jennifer Essid (Ahmed), Nicholas, Matthew Perry, Jessica and Molly Hope (Joseph); his stepgrandson Justin Maranda; his siblings, Lois Donnelly and Joan Bulmer; his former wife Ilse Steeves (Klingenhoff); his son Peter (Pat); and his sister Glenda Bazin. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
