He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mullen and Norma Mullen (Wilcox); his wife Hannah Mullen; and his brothers, Jackie, Ronald, Anthony (Tony) and Richard.
He is survived by: his son Behn Mullen (Shelley Green) of Seal Cove; and his siblings, Dale Caissie (Bob) of Minto, NB, Robert (Bobby), Leslie (Beaver), Derek Mullen of Seal Cove and Mike Mullen (Melody) of Saint John, NB. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Sterling, to the Grand Manan Hospital Foundation, The Charlotte County Cancer Society, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
