He was predeceased by: his parents, Calixte Cormier and Eva Cormier (Gautreau); and his siblings, Alvida Bourque, Camille and Léo.
He is survived by: his wife Aline (Melanson) of Scoudouc; and his sister-in-law Diana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
