He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hallihan and Lillian Hallihan (Buggie); his wife Betty (Wheaton); his brother Aloysius (Allie); and his brothers-in-law, Gary (Catherine) and Lee (Mary Ann).
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tracey Lee Tingley (Leaman); his son-in-law David Tingley; his grandchildren, Allegra Aluxey Tingley (Tyler Bonner) and David Jay Ivan Tingley (Michelle); his great grandchild Chase Bonner; his grandson David Jay; his siblings, Catherine Waye, Patsy Pleadwell (Bev), Mary Ann Jardine, Alvin (Debbie), Lyman (Irene) and Eddy (Madeline); and his sister-in-law Joan (Allie). He is also survived by several nieces &, nephews.
