He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Hall and Muriel Hall (Nicholson). He is survived by: his wife Esther (Orr); his children, Karen Hall Middleton (Dennis), Todd (Sharon) and Mark; his grandchildren, Austin, Izik, Dakota, Jordan and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Marion Collette (Gerry) and Cyril (Marilyn). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
