He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Lewis (McCormick); his wife Marguerite (Snider); his children, Elizabeth MacCallum (late Lester), Dale (Krista), Randy (Maxine), Allen (Cindy) and Lisa Lewis (Peter); his stepchildren, Eric Magarvey (Pam), Norma Geldart (Mike), Brian Bernard (Bonnie) and Nancy Jinson (Mickey); his brothers, Arnold (Myrna) and Francis (late Sandra); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Lewis. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
