He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Nelson Robert Prosser; his stepfather Vibert Colpitts; his stepsister Annie Colpitts; his brother-in-law Douglas Steeves (Myrna); and his stepsiblings, Francis, Viola, Gladys, Jessie and Ernie.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Prosser (Steeves); his children, Bonnie Carter (Craig), Danny Prosser (Janice) and Jamie Prosser (Alison); his grandchildren, Rebecca Carter-Chand (Dennis), Elizabeth Ricci (Chris), Stephen Carter (Monica), Shawna Collins (Adam), Mackenzie Prosser, Melissa Prosser and Richard Prosser; his siblings-in-law, Roger Steeves (Judy) and Faye Onuluk (Stephen); and his stepsister Evie Danahy.

The private (due to COVID restrictions) family Celebration of Bob's Life will be at The Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800) and will be officiated by son-in-law, The Rev. Dr. Craig A. Carter.
