He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crandall and Annie Emma Crandall (Lane); his wife Sibyl Louise Crandall; his son Ivan; his grandson Derek; and his siblings, Wayne Crandall, Elaine Steeves, Louise and McIntyre.
He is survived by: his children, Frances Marshall (Frank), Sharon Pitre (Daniel), Sandra Babineau (Paul), Jennifer Goguen (Jeff), Daniel "Danny" (Kim), William "Billy" (Annette), Merle "Joe" and Stephen (Donna). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
