He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Lewis and Flora Lewis; and his sisters, Maude Hopper and Marjorie Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lewis (Chapman); his sons, Anthony (Erin), Aaron (Angela) and Kirk (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Brody, Austin, Aiden, Charley, Reina, Nate and Danika; his siblings, Julia Henry (late Bill), Shirley O'Blenis (Grant), June Robichaud (late Rob) and Robert Lewis (Claudette); and his mother-in-law Jean Chapman (late Earl). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law; several nieces and nephews.
