She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Bleakney and Lauranna "Sis" Bleakney (O'Blenis); the father of her children Allison Lewis; and her granddaughter Mackenzie. She is survived by: her children, Tony Lewis (Shelly Colpitts), Randy Lewis (Donna Kinney), Wendy Lewis (Brad) and Tammy Lewis; her grandchildren, Eric, Jenna and Brandon Lewis; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Cohan, Sophia, Levi, Luke, Blake and Jackson; her brother Wayne Bleakney; and her nephews, Matthew and Mark.
