He was predeceased by: his parents, Blake Marshall and Wilda Marshall (Harrison); his wife Betty (Horsman); and his siblings, James, Arthur, Cecil, Guy, Harry, Perley and Edna Lewis.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Marshall (Frances) and Robert Marshall (Marie); his grandchildren, Shawn Marshall (Keli) and Amanda McDonald (Nathan); his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Lirette, Jessica Hovey (Al), Laura Lirette, Richard Sellers and Robert Sellers (Ginette); his sister Alma Steeves (late Vernon); and his sisters-in-law, Elsie and Judy. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
If desired, in memory of Otto donations to the New Elgin Cemetery or First Elgin Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
