Myrna Stothart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2020, Myrna Stothart of Salisbury, New Brunswick, born in Bathurst, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wood and Mabel Wood; her husband Ian Stothart; her daughters, Gayle and Margot; and her brothers, Allen Wood (Lucille), Charles Wood (Ethel), Raymond and Bobby.

She is survived by: her children, Jane Trites (Kevin) of Salisbury, NB, Susan Stothart (Maurice Carriere) of Sudbury, ON and David Stothart (Cathy) of Halifax, NS.; her grandchildren, Carson, Ryan, Peyton, Michael and Emma; her sister Gertrude Abernethy (late Vaughn) of Bathurst; and her sister-in-law Janet Stothart of Miramichi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

An avid bridge player, Myrna played regularly until the current pandemic.
