He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Carter; and his sister Darlene Ogilvie (Dave). He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Dallice" Parker; his sons, Wayne Carter (John-David) and Trevor Carter (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylyn and Chase; and his sister Gayle Tingley (Rodney). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
