She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gregg and Mazie Gregg (Colpitts); her former husband Albert O'Blenis; her husband John Lockrey; and her son Douglas.

She is survived by: her children, Eileen Ginter (Clifford) and Ronald O'Blenis (Fay); and her stepchildren, Darlene Rewoldt (Dieter) and Brian Lockrey. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; two step-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Service to Celebrate Ethel's Life will be announced at a later date.
