He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Wheaton (Todge); and his son Douglas Wheaton. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Wheaton (Taylor); his sons, Donald Wheaton and Delbert Johnston of Moncton; his siblings, Nancy Bannister (Wheaton) and Dale Wheaton; his sister-in-law Janie Wheaton; and his caregiver Donnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
