He is survived by: his wife Mildred Paterson (Jackson); his children, Michael Paterson (Donna) and Tammy Black (George); his grandchildren, Vanessa Black (Samuel), Robert Paterson (Heather), Stephanie McCann (Chad) and Kelsey Black (Matt); his great grandchildren, James Paterson and Lydia McCann; his pet Lucky; and his sisters, Theresa Kincade and Barbara Wood.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private family service at New Canaan Baptist Church.
