He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mitton and Clarabella Mitton (Reeder). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Shelley Russwurm (Bryant) of Steeves Mountain, Annette O'Brian (Billy) of Middlesex, Tracey Larose (Eric) of Moncton and Kevin Mitton (Sarah) of Memramcook; his siblings, David (Marilyn) of Meadow, Nancy MacCallum (Darrell) of Colpitts Settlement and Esther Mitton of Little River; his grandchildren, Nick O'Brian (Melissa), Melissa Layton (Nick), Kelsey Carson, Tim Russwurm, Ben, Brandon, Chelsea Burton and Maya Larose; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Leland, Levi, Denali, Iola and Colt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, brothers and sisters in law.
