He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lewis and Laura Lewis (Gogan); his wife Ruby; and his stepson Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Melvin (Keith), Pat (Maryann), Philip (Sharon) and Mike (Pam); his stepchildren, Maxine Zazinsky (Borden), Barbara Febel (Peter), Carole Snow (Derek) and Eugene Charlton (Lana); his brother Murray; and his friend Paula Kelly. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
