She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald B. Geldart and Mamie Geldart (Robb); and her brother Floyd Geldart (Eleanor). She is survived by: her husband Richard Mitton; her daughter Leanne Gallup of Saint John; her stepdaughters, Leeann Cholmondeley, Vonda Leger (Eric) and Lesley Chown (Philip); and her siblings, Jacqueline Colpitts (late Maurice), Pauline Kanner (late Kenneth) and Ross Geldart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Fair Haven Funeral Home & Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Fair Haven Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9). A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Salisbury Baptist Church (3128 Main St, Salisbury, NB E4J2L6).
