It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ovila Maillet of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Huberte Maillet (LeBlanc); his parents, Charles Maillet and Emma Maillet (Pellerin); his son Aldéo; and his siblings, Irène and Bertrand.

He is survived by: his children, Jeannette LeBlanc (Donald) of Dieppe, Linda Maillet (Joe) of Middle Sackville, Noëlla Maillet of Sainte-Marie, Charline Delong of Fredericton, Shirley Collette (Roland) of Dieppe, Alice Green (James) of Moncton, Paul (May) of Bouctouche and Charles (Jacqueline) of Sainte-Marie; and his grandchildren, Michel, Serge, Marc, Yves, Julien, Julie, Maurice, Mario, Denis, Luc and Amy. He is also survived by his fourteen great grandchildren as well as several nephews and nieces.
