For Macaïah, from "Juju" Grandmother, Donna Augustine "Thunderbird Turtle Woman". He came like a flaming star into this world. His light shone into the darkness; helping everyone see their true selves.
He brought laughter, giggles, joy and play. It was a reminder to all of us to have fun in this life, and to enjoy every single moment that is gifted to us by the Creator.
He wanted us to be honest, with ourselves and with others with his young sharp mind and concept of life beyond his years; he wouldn't settle for any less. He wanted us to be kind, and he showed us how by sharing his beautiful smile, his toys to his little friends, and by sharing his playground, which, in his incredible imagination was as big as the earth itself.
He was a special little spirit, loaned to us for a little while. Let us honour his gift to us by always being true to ourselves and to others.
His flaming star spirit went back into the spirit world, to assist his and all of our ancestors as they watch over us from the other side.
His light he brought into this world will remain in each and every one of us; within our spirits, within our souls.
Rest easy young one. Even though it was sometimes difficult, you have completed your mission here, and you have done it well! We love and honour you, and each time we see a shooting star, we will know it is you. Macaïah, coming to say hello, reminding us that we too can choose light, and that someday all of us will be there with you, laughing, giggling and playing in that biggest playground in the sky!
