He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny LeBlanc and Eva LeBlanc (Chiasson). He is survived by: his wife Zita LeBlanc (Robichaud); his daughters, Aline LeBlanc (Charles) of Saint-Antoine and Gisèle LeBlanc (Michel Dubois) of Ammon; his grandchildren, Samuel, Isabelle, Yannik and Adèle; and his siblings, Georgette LeBlanc of Moncton, Ginette Hébert (Donald) of Sainte-Anne, Jean-Claude (Lucille) and Elmo (Helene) of Sainte-Anne. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
