He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Arsenault and Mélanie Arsenault (Daigle). He is survived by: his siblings, Nora Lapierre (Omer) of Sept-Iles, QC, Géraldine Poirier (late Léopold) of Bathurst, Bernice Arsenault of Sept-Iles, QC, Darlene Francis (late Graham) of Fredericton, Alvin Arsenault of St. Louis and Laurie Arsenault of Richibucto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernard's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
