He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Budd and Annie Budd (Randall); and his son Shawn Budd. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Budd (Berry); his daughter Tara Green (Michael); his grandsons, Coleman and Connor Green; and his siblings, Clarence, Cecil, Curtis, Gwen and Kitty (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
