He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sinclair and Aldyth Sinclair (McIlroy); and his siblings, Beth Sinclair and Russell Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Ina Sinclair (Clark); his children, Arlene Palmer (Joel) and Daniel (Jan Maher); his grandchildren, Arly, Julia and Jayleen; his sister-in-law Sandra McCann; his niece Angela Sinclair; and his nephew Randy Sinclair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
