She was predeceased by: her parents, Erskine McEwen and Dorothy McEwen; her sisters, Marion, Betty and Joan; her brothers-in-law, Donald Caissie and Freeman Cameron; her nephew Freeman Cameron Jr.; and her niece Staylina Parlee.

She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Heather (John), Gary (Stephanie) and Michael (Ciara); her grandchildren, Eric, Sean, Colin, Sophie and Nash; her close friend Barb Colwell; her aunt Jane (Bunny); and her sisters, Debbie, Nancy and Shelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Wanda's memory can be made to the Romero House, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
