She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillman Ceton Matthews and Lillian Campbell Matthews; and her husband Allan L. MacDonald. She is survived by: her brother Robert C. Matthews; her daughter Leslie MacDonald; and her grandchildren, Gillian and James King.
