Virginia Lee Teakles Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2024, at the age of 78, Virginia Lee Teakles (Saint John, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladis Bradbury and Stephen Bradbury; her siblings, Allan Bradbury and Janet Bradbury; and her brother-in-law Burton Guptill (Burt).
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Teakles; her children, Lindy Nice (Bob), Dan MacPherson (Lise) and Sarah Pearson (Ryan); her sister Elizabeth Guptill (Liz); her niece Dianne Fox (Reg); her nephew Denn Guptill (Angela); and her cousin Laurene Nason (Terri). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fernhill Cemetery (200 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ginny's memory may be made to the Kingsway Care Center or a charity of the donor's choice.
