He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Melvin and Madeline Elizabeth Rice (Heno); and his son Elvis Rice. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Rice (Windle); his children, Vincent Rice of Ontario, Lori Ann Rice of St. Catharines, Lisa Rice (Ken Fox) of St. Catharines, Melissa Rice (Sean Kelter) of Saint John, NB, Bobby Jo Rice of Fredericton, NB and Joan Rice (Tyrone Locke) of Niagara Falls; and his siblings, Ronald Rice of Sydney, N. S, Reginald Rice, James Rice of Alberta, George Rice of Ontario, Douglas Rice, Steven Rice, Joan Yvonne Rice, Margaret Patricia Rice and Madeline Louise Rice. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
