With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Verna Mary Webb of Saint John, New Brunswick, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Verna Mary left this world on January 20, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mac Webb of Sussex; her parents, Ralph Harrison and Sybil Harrison (Hamilton); and her siblings, Ken (Geraldine), Clive (Evelyn), Clarence (Jessie), Ruth (Bob), Marion and Shirley (Lloyd).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Webb-Simpson (Doug Simpson), Linda Camphausen (Michael) of Toronto, Ontario and Steven Webb (Karen) of Rothesay; her grandchildren, Jonathan (Veronique), Matthew of Sarnia, Ontario, Olivia and Jessica Simpson of South Branch; and her sister-in-law Verna Webb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Church (4 Morrison Ave, Sussex, NB E4E1P5).
Donations to St. Paul's United Church, MS Society, The Canadian Red Cross, or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
