It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Travilla Dickhout (Saint John, New Brunswick), born in Dunnville, Ontario, who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather; his wife Clara Dickhout (Stratton); his siblings, Graham, Lawrence and Pearl (Orlin Rittenhouse); and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Echlin and William House.

He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Blackburn, Karen Rumson (Jim) and Cynthia Campeau (Derek Csongar); his stepchildren, Tony Stratton (Cindy), Jim Stratton, Keith Stratton (Jess), Ed Stratton, Kathy Stratton-Mckee (Steve) and Patti Stratton; his sisters, Hilda Echlin (late Elmer) and Roberta House (late William); his sisters-in-law, Loretta (late Graham) and Heather (late Lawrence); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Campeau, Brandon Campeau and Kora Phalen. He is also survived by many other step grandchildren, ex-wife Gloria Tobin, as well as many nieces and nephews.
