He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elliott and Ethel Elliott (Gillett). He is survived by: his siblings, David Elliott, John Elliott, Mark Elliott, Lillian Brown (Carl Marr), Josephine Chaisson (Donald), Sybil Barthelot (Phillip) and Shirley Ammott; and his wife Gloria (Crossman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas' memory may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
