She is survived by: her husband Glenn Smith; her children, Keith (Ana), Scott Smith (Emily Kelly) and Jennifer Smith (Sean McGuire); her adoptive daughter Simone Duke; her granddaughters, Jesselynn, Isabelle and Jade; her siblings, Carol Wilson, Jan Small, James (Ann), David (Rita), Derrick (Jane), Barry (Gail), Grant and Jeff Freeze (Joanne); her siblings-in-law, Brian (Carol), Marilyn (Ed) and Michelle Smith; her close friend Gail; and also Michaela. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
