She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Tompkins Sr.; her parents, Robert Hachey and Marie Hachey (Leclair); and her siblings, Lionel, Delphis, Romeo and Emily Cormier (late Zeol).
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Tompkins Jr. (Terry) of Saint John, Christopher Tompkins of Saint John, Jonathan Tompkins of Saint John and Anthony Tompkins of Saint John; her siblings, Edward Hachey (Yvette) of Saint John, Imelda Weaver (Everett) of Saint John, Violet Mailman (Wayne) of Saint John and Margaret Beck (Lloyd) of Saint John; her sister-in-law Margaret Hachey; her grandchildren, Kayden, Ayissa, Breana and Brody (Alisha); and her great grandchildren, Jayce, Kaleb and Ezrah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Remembrances in Stella's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
