He is survived by: his father Ralph (Catherine); his siblings, Chris (Lisa) and Michelle (Greg); his children, Kayla Freeze and Jacob; his grandchildren, Patrik Slattery and Ellie Slattery; and his nephews, Zach (Courtney) and Jeremy (Stephan). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
