It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Helen Hartford (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on July 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Williams; and her brothers, Donald Williams and Charles Williams Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Muriel Williams (Cottrell); her sons, Winfield Jr. of St. Stephen, Kenneth of St. Stephen and Ralph of St. Stephen; her grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Ryan (Arial) and Nick (Nicole Morrow); and her siblings, Beryl Brillant, Jean Williams, Dorothy McCombie (Donald), Nancy Davenport, Joyce Williams, Harold Williams (Lorraine), Philip Williams, Earl Williams, Roy Williams, Billy Williams and Richard Acheson (Williams). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
